Open Tai Chi Classes at Somerset House Trust in London

From June 3rd to June 26th this summer you will want to take advantage of the open Tai Chi classes offered at the Somerset House Trust in London.

Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is something that people of all ages can enjoy. It takes many forms, with the hand form being the most popular. The slow movements of the hand form smooth the flow of energy, or qi (chi) around the body, encouraging balance, relaxation and focusing the mind.

This summer, you can take part in the open tai chi classes at London’s Somerset House Trust on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15 AM until 9:15 AM. The classes last from June 3 - 26.
