Save money on your passport photos
When you are ready to go and get your passport photos, you will find that they will cost you anywhere from $8 to $20. Back when I got my passport photos I went to the local AAA office and paid $8.00, which was the fee for members, and got 4 photos.
There is a cheaper way to get your passport photos though!
You can take them at home with a digital camera - just make you are doing it the way they would as far as background and what not. Then upload the photos www.epassportphoto.com.
The site will take your image file and make it into a 4×6 image file with six of the required 2×2 passport-size photos.
Then just use an online service to get them printed. If you watch sites like Slick Deals or Fat Wallet you will often see codes for free prints at Walgreens. Otherwise you can upload it to a similar place and get it printed for around $0.20.
