If you are looking for something fun to do in London, why not check out the Riverfront Jazz Festival. This year marks the 23rd year of the festival. It takes place from September 18 through September 28 at various venues across Greenwich, including the historic Trafalgar Tavern.
You can expect more than 50 performances in 20 venues. And the best part is that most of the performances are free! This is the Second biggest jazz festival in the UK. All musical jazz styles will be served up from nostalgic swing to funky rock.
The must see event of the festival is when Jools Holland’s ace saxophonist Derek Nash lead an all star line up when his acclaimed Protect the Beat band play the historic Trafalgar Tavern on September 24th at 8pm in the Trafalgar’s Nelson room overlooking the Thames.
