Philadelphia does Independence Day big time. In fact, it is part of a week-long celebration called The Sunoco Welcome America! Festival.
It actually started June 28 but goes through July 6, 2008.
If music what you are looking for, you can catch two free concerts at this year’s Sunoco Welcome America! Each will be followed by a themed fireworks display.
Grammy winner John Legend can be seen in concert on the 4th.
