If you are a fan of Claude Monet, you won’t want to miss the upcoming “Claude Monet (1840-1926)” exhibit in Paris. It is on display at the Galeries Nationales du Grand Palais.
The run date for the showing is September 24, 2010 through January 24, 2011.
Expect to see almost 200 works from the Impressionist, including some still lifes and figures.
Highlights include works from Monet’s travels along the Mediterranean and Normandy coasts, as well as his garden in Giverny.
